About
Bella Soenen (American) is a painter and archivist. She has been working in gouache for twelve years while also studying more “forgotten” mediums in the modern day such as casein, metalpoint, and encaustic. She earned a degree in Fine Arts and English Language and Literature from Gordon College, where she thrived under classical training in drawing and painting and studied archival skills. She has created and/or managed the career archives for artists Bruce Herman, Dale Roberts, Charles Schmidt, and the late Roger Anliker. She lives with her husband in the United States.
